WOMEN - with your nylons, foam-padded bras, undies, slips, and girdles - all made of synthetics
or poison-trapping, non-absorbent fabrics, are CONSTANTLY encasing your bodies in manmade perspiration-inhibiting, poison-trapping, non-absorbent fabrics. MEN - same thing, with your jock straps, tight nylon socks, and skin-tight underwear and swim trunks, AND your socks - almost all of them are cotton blends. Bathing suits, largely made of synthetics, are terrible for the body - but at least they are worn for short periods of time, and usually in water. Do I wear a swimming suit? Yes,
I do - and I get it off as quickly as I can!
For those of you who are sun-worshippers --- beware! You are slowly killing your body if you sunbathe in your synthetic suit, by hindering its natural elimination processes. (Especially females, who cover more of their bodies than men. Not much more nowadays, but more.) You cover up your body in synthetics, then you go out into the sunlight, which draws impurities to the surface of your skin. Once there, their release is inhibited by your synthetic swimsuit. Doesn't take a GENIUS to follow the reasoning on that one, does it?
Since I'm touching on the subject of skin-tight, let's take a look at some of the things that come into contact with your body when you wear your clothes skin-tight. How about if we examine one that is a universally worn garment. Something that is worn by men and women, teens and toddlers, senior citizens, and even infants - in every country.
Let's take a look at JEANS, since so many millions wear them. It's hard to ignore
the heavy nylon stitching in them - and I DO mean HEAVY. Then, there are rivets,
AND outside tags, AND inside tags, AND pockets that touch your skin. We "touched"
on that earlier - pun intended. Until recently, the body of the jeans were constructed
of 100% cotton denim. Not anymore! Those jeans MAY be 100% cotton BUT the
tags and labels are NOT, the pockets are NOT, the rivets are NOT, the metal snaps
or buttons right over your navel are NOT, and the heavy synthetic stitching is NOT.
GUARANTEED. Granted, with today's fashions, the metal snaps or buttons probably
aren't anywhere NEAR your navel anymore, because most of the jeans appear to be
worn "low and leaving"! Also, most of the women's jeans are a blend of mostly cotton,
part spandex - to INSURE they can be worn skin-tight, and S-T-R-E-T-C-H. Kind of
guarantees more contact with skin, you know.
Actually, nowadays, it seems that over 90% of the ladies' jeans in clothing stores are
constructed of cotton and spandex. Even if the jeans are 99% cotton and only 1%
spandex, your body will be affected by that 1% of spandex. Don't assume - check it out.
I have been duped by not checking the label. That 1% makes it a blend, and blends are
not healthy. Even if the body of the jeans does consist of 100% cotton, the heavy dyes
are not healthy for you. Lots of them are electrostatically applied, and many of them
are not "people friendly". Under close scrutiny, let's see what meets the eye.
To begin with, there are two seams around the waistband, HEAVILY stitched with nylon. Then, you have the stitching that runs from the center of the back waistband, down and around the crotch area, and back up to the front waistband. Again, HEAVY-DUTY nylon. The zipper area has it, both
left and right sections, as do both leg seams and inseams.
Back to basics. Let's address pockets for a moment - inside ones. The pockets, by the way,
are RARELY 100% cotton, and they are right smack dab against your skin. Especially if you shun undies when wearing them. Why is THAT important? It's important, because - #1 - they've LIED
again, about garment content, and #2 - your hands, a very vital part of your health, are constantly sliding up and down in them - storing and retrieving things. Those pockets also come into close contact with the skin on your thighs, and you absorb more minute particles of synthetic fibers, as
you walk. Bad for the body. THEY know that, and now - SO DO YOU.
Then, there are rivets in a lot of jeans - roughly 8-10 per pair, and a fake leather name brand patch, on the top back right section of the waistband. (A few manufacturers use real leather - most do not, as most leathers do not come out of the washer and drier kindly.) Very often there is a smaller tag, stitched on the top of the right back pocket, another tag stitched in the zipper area,
AND another, inside the waistband in the back. All of the above are in the garment, and they are
NOT cotton. Oh, don't forget the button or snap right over the navel area - some have heavy metal buttons instead of zippers. So, why is any of THAT important? Because every single one of these additions to a pair of jeans serve to keep us connected to their CONTROLS. The tycoons who own these large clothing companies, appear to be under the control of the ILLUMINATI, THE COMMITTEE OF 300, THE ONE-WORLDERS, THE OLYMPIANS - or whatever they choose to call themselves. The meanderings of the companies' ownership are so well-orchestrated, that it is hard to pin down who
is responsible.
To complete the "skin-tight" section --- LADIES - let's talk about your NYLONS. I personally know of no other way to wear nylons and panty hose...do you?...other than skin-tight. So enveloping is
the nylon, that your skin has to work overtime to expel waste through alternate channels.
Refer to the FOR LADIES ONLY chapter for more on this. Those poisons and toxins - excretment, to be exact - are actually prohibited from being released into your clothing, or the atmosphere, and some NASTY things develop within your body. They may take a few years to show up, but the damage is done. Thankfullly, it is usually not irreversible. Breast cancer, tumors, cysts, prostate cancer, bowel problems, yeast infections, athlete's foot fungus, "jock-itch", and a host of other ills, can be DIRECTLY traced back to our diet, and ill-fitting, tight, synthetic apparel. A healthy immune system compensates for a lot of abuse.
Each contact that your body makes with a man-made, non-porous material costs you precious energy, vitality, and health. Your wonderfully made body tries desperately to throw out anything
that is not conducive to exquisite health. When you clothe yourself with polyester, nylon, acrylic, and other synthetic materials, you partially cut yourself off from the natural energy we get from the Earth. You are, in effect - UNWITTINGLY AIDING AND ABETTING THE ENEMY. So...stop it!
