MERCURY FILLINGS
It really doesn't matter what the ADA says - that is, the American Dental Association - mercury is POISON to the body. The institutions that train the dentists, and teach them all that they know, are in league with "The Powers That Be".
Putting mercury amalgam fillings in our mouths is a rotten practice. Years ago, fillings were all made of 16K gold, and you can still get those fillings, today. Gold was abandoned for a variety of reasons - cost, mainly - by substituting it with mercury, is a DEADLY practice. This has been proven beyond the shadow of a doubt.
There is plenty of information available for you to access, regarding the "safety" of mercury fillings. Your dentist is NOT a reliable source - he's been trained by "the establishment"! Today, there are some health-minded dentists who will accommodate your request for a more natural choice than mercury.
Check your privately owned health food stores, and ask them if they know of any good, reliable dentists who avoid adding mercury to their fillings. There are quite a few books on the subject, and lots of information to be found, online.
I have a good friend, who is suffering from the effects of mercury in his system - LOTS of us are. If you can, have those toxic fillings removed. There are several healthier alternatives. This one, I'll leave for you to research on your own. Beloved Remnant, please DO it.
HOSPITAL FOOD
Everyone complains about it, but does anyone consider how TRULY horrible it is? Consider this:
Here we have a sick, injured body. Perhaps we have a mother, recovering from childbirth - and I DO MEAN RECOVERING, if she gave birth in a hospital. Or, we may have a mental case, or a trauma patient. Doctors KNOW, as do nutritionists, that human beings need good, nourishing food in order to heal and rebuild - wholesome, complete foods, such as oatmeal, whole-grain bread, raw fruits and vegetables, lightly steamed vegetables, coleslaw, lean meats, fish, raw juices, whole-grain pasta, whole-grain rolls, and healthy desserts. If THAT was hospital fare, the beds would be emptied in short order. Most hospital food is simply "JUNK" food. The American Medical Association KNOWS it, too - but there's no money for them in HEALTHY people!
I observed, just a few months ago, the dietary regime in a major hospital in our area, when visiting someone who was ailing. The menu was appalling, to say the least. Noodles, made with white flour, "enriched", no doubt, white rice, macaroni-and-cheese, cooked fruit, commercial cereal, white buns, white bread, white rolls, "sugar, sugar, sugar, sugar, sugar", margarine, jelly, beef - LOTS of beef, ice cream, pudding, cookies, pale, over-cooked vegetables, juices with SUGAR added - it was AWFUL!
They served EVERYTHING in plastic or Styrofoam, and there wasn't ANY fish to be had, not even tuna fish from a can! When I asked why there wasn't any fish, I was told - "We used to serve fish, but too many people objected to the smell when the cover was removed from the plate." Oh, PLEASE - a child could have given a more legitimate answer than that.
I spoke with the hospital's nutritionist. She wasn't even POLITE, when questioned about all of the dead, unappetizing food that was served.
Just pray that you never have to be in a hospital, to partake of their menu. It defies belief, even for the uninformed. Once again - THE ILLUMINATI's plan is proceeding smoothly, because very few people take charge of their own lives. The IDEA, is to keep us SICK, STRESSED, and BROKE.
SEAT BELTS
You HAVE to buckle up - it's the law. I do, because it's the law. They squawk - "It's for your safety". Well, make them out of leather, and I'll feel a lot better about the forced compliance. Those things cut right across your chest, and clamp tight around your pelvic bones and abdomen, with a nylon "clutch" that helps drain you of energy.
Despite all of the statistics, seat belts aren't all they're cracked up to be. Today, with the one piece seat belts, with shoulder harnesses attached, it is very easy for law officers to spot you if you are not in compliance. I don't know about you, but I can't stand them, and I don't like how I feel when I am buckled in. Nevertheless, I wear mine - simply to comply.
WALLETS
Check out your "genuine" leather wallet. I'll bet you it has a synthetic lining. Here again, unless it was handmade, you're just putting more synthetics in contact with your body, which drain you of energy. Every time you touch the inside of your wallet, your skin gets a minute dose of man-made material.
You wear them in areas that are vulnerable, too. If it's in your back pocket, gents, you're sitting on it. If it's inside a suit pocket, it's over your heart. It is NOT that hard to find genuine leather - ALL leather wallets - SOLID leather wallets.
Check flea markets, or make one, and stitch it or lace it with LEATHER. It will help just a bit more to keep you protected from all of that synthetic stuff and plastic. I have dismantled enough used wallets in my time, to know that you get very little leather in a leather wallet, when it comes right down to it, and leather goods command a premium. Make one - I have used one I made myself, for about 25 years, and it is still in EXCELLENT shape.
